About Us

     C Store Maintenance is a first generation company founded in 2003. Our President David Lacerda and Vice President Neil Filkins have over 30 years experience in the maintenance and construction industry. Both have an extensive background in facility management, construction and design in both residential and commercial applications. 

      The majority of our work is completed in house that enables us to complete a project on-time and within budget. This also allows us to control the quality of work performed by our employees.

     We provide a wide range of diversified services to many different types of companies and/or organizations,  many of which have been profiled on our web pages.

     We have an open door policy that enables our employees to bring problems to the table in order for us to act and correct mistakes in order to prevent such occurances in the future.
